What you're buying
A website built by Truegrade for your business, per the package you choose (Launch, Pro, or Premium) as described on our pricing section at the time you order. Prices are one-time, in US dollars.
Timeline
We deliver your site for review within 7 days (5 days for Premium) of receiving your completed order form. If we need something from you, the clock pauses until we get it.
Your approval and our refund guarantee
You review the complete site before it is published. Your package includes revision rounds (Launch 1, Pro 2, Premium 3). If after those revisions you're not happy, ask for a refund before you approve launch and we'll refund you in full.
Once you approve the site and it goes live, the sale is final.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the logo, photos, and information you send us, and that everything you tell us about your business (licenses, insurance, years in business) is true. We don't invent reviews, credentials, or statistics.
Domain
If we register a domain for you, your business is listed as the registrant (the legal owner). We manage it from our registrar account so you don't have to. The first year of a standard domain (.com) is included. While you're on the Care plan, renewals are included. You can ask for the transfer code at any time to move the domain to your own account, and if you leave the Care plan we send it to you at least 30 days before the domain renews.
If you already own a domain, you keep it where it is. We send you the settings to add so it points to your new site. We never ask for your registrar password, and we don't change your email settings.
Hosting and Care plan
Hosting and small edits are included for 3 months after launch. After that, the Care plan is optional: $49/month for Launch sites, $99/month for Pro and Premium sites, cancel any time. Edit time that goes unused doesn't roll over. Larger changes are quoted at a fixed price before we start. If you don't join or you cancel, we send you your site files.
